Oasis

Oasis is probably the biggest UK band to appear in the 90's. Not only did they lead the Britpop movement, but their sound capture the essence of everything in rock music up to their time. Sounds pretty cool, huh?

The Gallagher brothers shared vocal duties, each one adding his unique style. To me their best albums are their first three, with their first one being the fastest selling debut album in the UK. Too bad the band has broken up.

My top 5 songs:
-Supersonic
-Live Forever
-Don't Look Back in Anger
-The Masterplan
-The Importance of Being Idle

  13. To answer MArk, Adam, and those of you who may wonder:
I can't stand Wonderwall anymore! It's been overplayed to its death. I understand why Liam didn't want to sing it anymore.

  17. Been a fan of Oasis for several years. I've always found it odd how they turned out to be a sort of one-hit wonder group in the US. Very baffling indeed.

  30. Oasis are awesome, great music. I remember seeing a DVD of one of their live shows where Liam was too drunk to pronounce the lyrics to some of the songs, and he basically just sung gibberish lol
